精神分裂症患者冲突监测功能缺陷的事件相关电位研究

An event-related potential study of dysfunction of conflict monitoring in patients with schizophrenia

摘要: 目的 本研究旨在探讨精神分裂症患者认知加工缺陷中冲突监测功能的缺损情况,了解N270负波对精神分裂症患者冲突加工功能的评估作用。方法 采用EGI 128导联脑电设备记录14名精神分裂症患者和20名健康被试的脑电数据,序列呈现两张面孔图片以诱发事件相关电位,实验任务为判断前后两张面孔是否一致。结果 面孔不一致(即冲突条件)会诱发出冲突性负波N270,面孔匹配条件下未观察到N270。患者组N270成分的峰潜伏期在O1、O2、P3、P4等电极上比健康对照组显著延迟,而两组N270波幅差异无统计学意义。结论 精神分裂症患者N270成分潜伏期存在明显异常,提示其冲突监测功能存在缺损,精神分裂症可能对于信息的冲突采取了不同于健康对照的处理方式,N270可成为评价精神分裂症患者认知功能中冲突处理能力缺损情况的客观指标。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the deficits of conflict monitoring function in patients with schizophrenia, and to understand the role of N270 in evaluating the cognitive functions of patients with schizophrenia. Methods Totally 14 schizophrenia patients and 20 healthy subjects were recruited. The electroencephalogram (EEG) data were recorded using EGI 128-channel EEG systems. Two consecutive faces were presented to the subjects to induce event-related potentials. The experimental task was to judge whether the two faces were the same or different. Results Face inconsistencies (conflict conditions) induced a conflicting negative wave, N270, but no N270 was observed under face matching conditions. Compare with the healthy group, the peak latency of the N270 component was significantly delayed at the O1, O2, P3, and P4 electrodes in the patient group, with no significant difference in amplitude between the two groups. Conclusion There was a significant abnormality in the incubation period of N270 in patients with schizophrenia, suggesting the defect in their conflict monitoring function. Schizophrenia may adopt a different processing mechanism for the conflict of information. N270 can serve as an objective indicator of the conflict handling capacity to evaluate the cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia.
