胸、腰椎畸形手术中脊柱矢状面序列重建的临床策略

摘要: 人体躯干的平衡依靠脊柱、韧带和拮抗肌群的彼此作用共同维持。胸、腰椎畸形患者多合并有不同程度躯干失平衡,当躯干失平衡超过一定范围时,会导致患者出现疲劳、躯干疼痛和功能障碍。在胸、腰椎畸形的治疗中,重建脊柱矢状面序列对于恢复躯干平衡、术后临床治疗效果及减少术后合并症的发生十分重要。

Abstract: Interactions between spine,ligament and muscle contribute to the balance of human body. Patients with spinal deformity often have various degree of imbalance and suffer from fatigue,pain and disability when imbalance is out of range. In the treatment of spinal deformity,it is important to reconstruct sagittal alignment for restoring spinal balance,improving clinical outcome, and lowering the risk of post-operative complications.
