摘要: 嗜酸细胞性胃炎(eosinophilic gastritis,EoG)是临床少见疾病,近年发病率增加,发病机制尚不明确。该病临床及内镜下表现多样,缺乏特征性,目前尚无统一的诊断标准,临床医师及病理科医师提高对该病的警惕,是及早诊断并治疗的关键。近年生物制剂在该病的治疗中进展较快,但研究尚少;饮食消除、抑酸剂、糖皮质激素等常规的多种治疗在该病中的研究亦较少。嗜酸细胞性胃炎值得多方面的进一步研究。
