摘要: 本工作对免疫调节剂BCG处理的小鼠抗绿脓杆菌(PA)感染作用做了初步观察,对其机理进行了初步研究。预先经BCG处理(1mg/只,静脉注射)的小鼠对3倍LD50 PA活菌攻击的抵抗力显著高于对照小鼠,但对粗制PA内毒素攻击的耐受能力低于对照小鼠。实验观察表明,BCG对小鼠的作用一方面可增强固定吞噬细胞清除PA的能力,另一方面BCG又可封闭小鼠网状内皮系统对内毒素的清除功能。

Abstract: A Preliminory observation and mechanism survey about the effect of immune regulator-BCG on the capacity of resistance against pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) infection in mice were reported in the present paper. The mice preinfected with BCG (1mg/per mouse iv) were shown to be highly resistant to subsequent challenge with PA (3LD50), and susceptible to lethal effect of rough PA endotoxin. The results of our experiment showed that BCG-induced resistance to PA was related to an enhanced eliminating ability produced by fixed phagocytes of mice and BCG-induced susceptibility to PA endotoxin might be attributed to blockage of reticulo-endothelial system of mice by BCG. The relationship of experimental results was discussed.
