摘要： 将一种新的固相支持物—聚苯乙烯塑料涂布纸片(园碟)应用于双抗体夹心ELISA技术检测HBsAg获得初步成功。经与常规应用的聚苯乙烯塑料微板比较,园碟—ELISA检出HBsAg的灵敏度为0.005μg/ml,与微板法相当;对170例HB患者血清中HBsAg的检出率二者亦无显著差别。园碟-ELISA具有廉价、简便、快速等优点,可试行于ELISA技术中做为一种可靠的固相支持物应用。
Abstract: A new solid phase-dish coated with polystyren using sandwich ELISA to determine HBsAg was described in this paper. The results of dish-ELIS A and its sensitivity were compared with conventional polystyrene microtitration plate ELISA on 170 patients serum specimens. No significant difference was observed. This method was able to detect as little as 0.005 ug/ml of HBsAg. The advantages of dish-ELISA including sensitivity, simplicity, speediness and low cost render this solid phase suitable for ELISA.
