计算机处理实时检测每搏体表希氏束信号——空间逻辑平均法

Real Time Recording of His-Purkinje Activity on an Every-beat Basis by Using Computer Processing—Spatial Logic Averaging Method

摘要: 为了实时地记录每搏希-普激动,我们根据 Flowers 等1981年提出的“多通道信号逻辑平均法处理”原理,设计了一套新的硬件和软件系统。本文讨论了这一新技术的方法学和具体问题。9只实验犬用药前后空间逻辑平均法和导管电极检测的希氏束电图之间有密切的相关性。提供了无创性每搏希氏束电图替代创伤性心内电极记录的可能性。我们从接受空间逻辑平均法检查的46例正常人和心律失常病人(多发性早搏,房颤和不同程度的房室阻滞病人)中的41例病人的体表满意地记录到实时的每搏希-普电位。这种新方法的意义已被临床实践所证实。

Abstract: On the principle of“Multiehannal Signal Processing based on logicaveraging”described by Flowers et al in 1981,we have developed a newhardware and software system for real time recording of His-Purkinje activity on an every-beat basis.The methodology and concrete problemsof this new technique were discussed.There was a close correlation between spatial logic averaging methodand His bundle electrogram recorded by catheter electrode in 9experimental dogs before and after medication.It was proved that thenon-invasive every-beat recording of His-purkinje activity might be usedinstead of the invasive intracardiac electrode.We obtained 41 satisfactory real time beat-by-beat recordings ofHis-Purkinje potential from the body surface of 46 normal subjects andarrhythmic patients (multiple premature beats,atrial fibrillation andvarious A-V block patients),who accepted the spatial logic averagingexamination.The value of this new technique in clinical practice was demonstrated
