猪带绦虫不同发育阶段的同功酶及蛋白质组分的比较研究

Comparative Studies on Isoenzyme Patterns and Proteins of Different Developmental Stages of Taenia Solium

摘要: 本文报告猪带绦虫虫卵、囊尾蚴头节囊壁混合物、囊液、成虫未熟和成熟节片混合物及妊娠节片等不同发育阶段的酯酶同功酶和乳酸脱氢酶与蛋白质组分的带谱。结果表明,酯酶同功酶带以虫卵阶段最多,共四条酶带;乳酸脱氢酶同功酶带以囊尾蚴头节和囊壁混合物、囊液及成虫节片阶段为最多,各为四条酶带,且各有一条主带。蛋白质组分以虫卵阶段为最复杂,至少有19条区带。经PAS染色后,除囊液富含糖蛋白外,其余各发育阶段均未出现糖蛋白区带;同时将各不同发育阶段两种同功酶的活性作了比较。

Abstract: we compared proteins,isoenzyme patterns of esterase(EST) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)of different developmental stages of Taenia solium by PAGE.The results indicated that there were 4 bands of esterase isoenzymes in eggs and the numbers of band were the most. There were 4 bands of lactate dehydrogenase isoenzymes in the scolex-cyst wall complex,the cyst fluid and proglottids respectively,and one of bands appeared to be main and clear.It was found that components of protein of egg were most complex and there were 19 bands at least.The cyst fluid was rich in glycoproteins stained by PAS,but no glycoprotein in other developmental stages of Taenia solium was found,we also compared the LDH and EST isoenzyme activities of different developmental stages of Taenia solium.
