摘要/Abstract

摘要： 从1975至1980年以不同的方法治疗了99例、100个前臂骨折,所有病例均经2年以上随诊。随诊结果表明:在骨折愈合和功能恢复上手术组优于非手术组,手术组中以钢板内固定的结果最好;特别是Bagby钢板固定者。

Abstract: One hundred forearm fractures in ninety nine patients were treated with variant methods from 1975 to 1980.All the cases were followed over two years,Non-operation treatment is less effective than operation treatment in terms of the fracture union and functional reaction.The plate internal fixation is most effective in operative cases,particular in the cases treated with Bagby plate.
