SF型消洗灵对黑腹果蝇致突作用的研究

摘要: 应用果蝇(SLRL)试验检测SF型消洗灵在果蝇中引起致死突变的可能性。黑腹果蝇种使用Oregon K野生型雄蝇和Basc雌蝇。Oregon K 1日龄雄蝇染毒后与Base 2~4日龄处女蝇交配。实验数据利用Kastenbaum-Bowman表进行统计分析。研究结果表明,果蝇摄取SF型消洗灵4、6、8g/L溶液染毒后,突变率的增加在统计学上无显著差异。即未发现SF型消洗灵有致突性。

Abstract: The standard sex-linked recessive lethal test was used to test whether compounds induce lethal mutations in male germ cells of Drosophila. The present paper deals with study on the mutagenic potontial of SF-Xiaoxiling in Drosophila. The Drosophila melanogaster stocksused were the Oregon K males wild type and Base females. Oregon K males. Iday old were treaed with test agenis and maied to Base virgin females, 2~4 days old. Statistical significance tests were based on the tables of Kastenbaum and Bowman. The results showed that no significant enhancement of mutation frequency was observed when flies were fed on SF-Xiaoxiling 4g/L, 6g/L and 8g/L selution. This study shows that SF-Xiaoxiling is without mutagenicity.
