摘要/Abstract

摘要： 报告用琼脂糖凝胶内溶血法检测人血清补体活性的定量方法.本方法的线性关系、精密度、灵敏度、特异性和准确性都优于或相当于传统的 CH₅₀法,而且简便快速.除了可用血清进行补体活性定量外,还可用微量末梢全血进行补体活性过筛实验,并能快速鉴别各种补体成份缺陷.

关键词: 补体活性, 致敏绵羊红细胞, 非致敏兔红细胞, 琼脂糖凝胶

Abstract: A quantitative method for the measurement of the hemolytic complement activity in serum was established by using agarose gel.The gels contains sensitized sheep erythrocytes and nonsensitized rabbit erythrocytes respectively for the classical and the alternative path-way teats.The method is excellent in linearity,presision,sensitivity,specificity and accuracy. It is simplified and could be mastered easily.This paper also expreses the screening expe-riment for peadiatric and epidemiological investigation in which the complement activity is tested by using micro-amount of cappillary blood.
