降钙素基因相关肽对缺血-再灌注性心律失常的作用

The Effect of Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptide on Reperfusion-Induced Arrhythmias in Rat

摘要: 通过在体大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注模型,观察了降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene-related peptide,CGRP)对再灌注心律失常(reperfusion-induced arrhythmia,RIA)室速、室颤的防治作用。结果表明CGRP治疗组与对照组比较,室速、室颤的发生明显减少井延迟发生(P<0.01),持续时间缩短(P<0.05),死亡率降低(P<0.05).

Abstract: We investigated the effect of calcitonin gene-related peptide on the reperfusion-induced arrhythmias including ventricular tachycardia and fibrillation in the rat model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion.The results demonstrated that calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)obviously decreased and delayed the occurrence of ventricular tachycardia and fibrillation(P<0.01),shortened their duration of reperfusion-induced arrhythmias(P<0.05)and reduced mortality(P<0.05).
