腑通丸对胃肠平滑肌电活动与胃肠运动的影响

Effects of Futongwan on the Electric and Mechanic Activities of Gastrointestinal Smooth Muscle in Rat

摘要: 采用改进的整体同步记录的电生理方法,观察腑通丸对胃肠平滑肌电活动及运动效应的影响。大鼠以腑通丸1.5g/kg灌胃可显着增加胃肠电慢波平均振幅及胃运动总振幅,而对肠运动总振幅无明显影响;以3.5g/kg灌胃可显着增加胃肠电慢波平均振幅及胃肠运动总振幅,但两个剂量对胃肠电慢波频率及胃肠运动频率均无明显影响。

Abstract: Futongwan(FTW),a traditional Chinese medicine,contains mainly Badou. In the dosage of 1.5 g/kg ,ig. it significiently increased the average amplitude of gastrointestinal slow wave and the total amplitude of gastric motion but had no marked effect on the intestinal motion in rat. In the dosage of 3.5g/kg ,ig. it significently increased the average amplitude of gastrointestinal slow wave and the total amplitude of gastrointestinal motion in rat. However,FTWin the above-mentioned two dosages had no marked effects on the frequency of gastrointestinal electric slow wave and motion.
