山楂叶茶水提物抗氧自由基作用的研究

A Study on the Anti-Active Oxygen Effect of Hawthorn Leaves Tea Aqueous Extracts

摘要: 用外源性氧自由基,测定山楂叶茶水提物对红细胞膜的保护作用和对羟自由基的抑制和清除作用。实验证明:山楂叶茶水提物对氧自由基发生体系产生的脂质过氧化作用有明显的抑制效应,能减少对O2·-红细胞膜流动性的破坏,同时对Fenton反应生成的·OH也具有较强的抑制和清除作用,且强于·OH特异性清除剂甘露醇。

Abstract: The protective action on the treatment of erythrocyte membranes with O2·- and scavenger action on the·OH of the hawthorn leaves tea aqueous extracts were studied in vitro.The result show,that aqueous extracts could significantly inhibit the lipid peroxidation and maintain the normal fluidity of membranes by O2·- generation system.The aqueous extaracts possessed significantly scavening effects on hydroxyl radical produced by Fenton reaction and inhibit the rate of·OH generation.The experimental results demanstrated that the hawthorn leaves tea aqueous extracts have a cytoprotective effect on erythrocyte membranes and scavenger action on·OH.
