冬虫夏草营养液抗衰老作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Antiaging Effect of Cordyceps Sinensis Cultivated by Artificial Fermentation

摘要: 采用动物体外试验的方法,研究了冬虫夏草营养液抗衰老的作用。结果显示:冬虫夏草营养液在试管内有明显抑制大鼠肝匀浆过氧化脂质(LPO)生成的作用,并呈剂量-反应关系。小鼠体内试验可见冬虫夏草营养液明显抑制肝LPO生成,并使红细胞超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活力增高。实验结果提示发酵培育冬虫夏草营养液具有抗衰老作用。

Abstract: The antiaging effect of artificially fermented Cordyceps sinensis (AFCS) was studied in vitro .The result showed that the LPO product in homogenate of rat liver was inhibited markedly by the juice of Cordyceps sinensis in vitro with dose response effect;the LPO product in liver homogenate of mouse decreased significantly and the activity of SOD in erythrocyte of mouse increased significantly.These results implied that AFCS has an obvious antiaging effect.
