奋斗呐对白纹伊蚊幼虫蛋白、蛋白酶和羧酸酯酶的影响

Influence of Fendona on Protein, Proteinase and Carboxylesterase in Larva of Aedes albopictus

摘要: 分别用0.697、1.393nmol/L奋斗呐处理白纹伊蚊3龄幼虫,待发育生长至4龄时,测定其蛋白含量及蛋白酶和羧酸酯酶活性。结果:与对照组相比,用药组蛋白含量显着增加,蛋白酶和羧酸酯酶活性明显降低。表明奋斗呐对蚊幼虫蛋白含量及蛋白酶和羧酸酯酶活性均有明显影响。

Abstract: The third instar larvae of Aedes albopictus were treated with two doses (0.697 nmol/Land 1.393 nmol/L)of fendona.The content of protein and activities of proteinase and carboxylesterase in the fourth instar larvae were determined by biochemical method.The protein content increased strikingly as compared with that of the control group.The activities of proteinase and carboxylesterase were lower than those of the control groups.The result showed that fendona inflences markably the protein content and activities of proteinase and carboxylesterase in larva of mosquito.
