急性桐油中毒对大鼠肝损害的实验研究

An Experimental Study on Damages Induced by Moentjang Tina on Rat Liver

摘要:

模拟人体桐油中毒方式灌喂大鼠,制备大鼠急性桐油中毒模型.采用光镜、电镜及组织化学方法,研究急性桐油中毒对大鼠肝脏的影响.结果显示急性桐油中毒时肝细胞明显受损,出现气球样变和脂肪变性;电镜下肝细胞线粒体肿胀,空泡样变,并有髓样小体形成.肝脏PAS反应、SDH、Mg2+ -ATPase、G-6-Pase和ALP活性显着下降,LDH和ACP活性有增强趋势.结果提示急性桐油中毒通过对肝细胞的直接损伤以及对能量代谢的影响而引起肝脏结构和功能的明显损害.

Abstract:

Rat model of moentjang tina was produced by imitating moentjang tina of human beings with Tung oil(aleuriter fordii). The effect of moentjang tina on histochemistry and ultrastructure changes of liver in rats was observed. The results showed that the degenerative changes were found in the hepatocytes of rats, such as hydropic degeneration and fatty degeneration. Ultrastructural changes indicated the damages on mitochondria and the formation vacuoles. In addition, the activities of SDH, Mg2+ -ATPase, G-6-Pase, and PAS reaction of experimental group were apparently lower than those in control group. The activities of LDH and ACP were higher than those in control group. It is suggested that tung oil can cause injure on liver by direct damages or interfering the metabolism of energy.
