摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为观察除颤时间对自发循环恢复(ROSC)的影响,对1995年以来的26例29次心室纤颤患者的抢救记录进行分组分析,并以精确四格表法检验其显着性。发现启动电击时间小于等于3min者(A组)的ROSC率显着高于启动电击时间大于3min者(B组)(P<0.05);但出院率、病死率与存活率2组间无显着性差异。

Abstract: To observe the effect of beginning defibrillation on ROSC the twenty six case records including 29 attacks of ventricular fibrillation were analyzed, and their differences were checked using χ² test method. The results showed that there existed significant differences on ROSC rate between the cases whose beginning defibrillation time was 3 min or shorter and the cases whose beginning defibrillation time was longer than 3 min(P<0.05).
