下颌功能性前伸后髁突软骨雌激素变化的实验研究

An Experimental Study on the Changes of the Estrogen Distribution in the Condylar Cartilages after Functional Mandibular Protrusion

摘要:

为探讨雌激素与髁突软骨增生、分化等的关系,应用免疫组织化学ABC法对实验组雌性SD大鼠(配戴自制上颌斜面导板式功能矫治器引导下颌前伸)和对照组大鼠髁突软骨中雌二醇(E2)的分布进行分析。结果:在髁突软骨中,E2主要位于细胞核中,胞浆中分布很少;髁突软骨各层细胞中都有E2的分布,以生发层细胞分布最多;髁突软骨增生旺盛时,E2分布较多;功能矫形前伸下颌后,髁突软骨中E2的分布较对照组明显增加,阳性程度增强。结果表明,E2对髁突软骨的增生及适应性生长改建有促进作用。

Abstract:

Simulated functional maxillary inclined planes were used for experimental rats to guide mandibles forwards. The immunohistochemical ABC method was performed to analyze the distribution of estrodial in the mandibular condylar cartilages. The results showed that estrodial was distributed mainly in the germinal layers of the cartilages with more distribution during their actively proliferative period. Estrodial was located mainly in the nuclei of the chondrocytes. More distribution of estrodial was viewed after functional mandibular protrusion, accompanied with much E 2 positive staining. It is suggested that estrodials play an important role in promoting the growth and functional adaptive remodeling in the condylar cartilages.
