摘要/Abstract

摘要： 用2期人工晶体植入术治疗后囊破损的无晶体眼13只(其中前房型人工晶体植入6只眼,睫状沟缝线固定后房型人工晶体7只眼),均随访1年以上。术后裸眼视力均较术前明显提高,矫正视力4只眼≥1.0,9只眼≥0.5.结果证实2种术式均安全有效,强调应该根据无晶体眼的条件、2种2期植入手术的优缺点,扬长避短地选择手术方式。

Abstract: Secondary IOLimplantation was performed on 13 aphakic eyes devoid of posterior capsule, 6 eyes of which with AC IOLand 7 eyes with suspending PC IOL. The postoperative follow up was more than 1 year.Postoperative naked visualacuity was enhanced significantly compared with the preo perativ ,while corrected visual acuity was better than 1.0 in 4 eyes and 0.5 in 9 eyes. Both methods were safe and efficient. Signs of aphakia and the advantage and disadvantage of suspending PC IOLor AC IOL were emphasized in choosing operation method.
