摘要: 用羊金属硫蛋白(MT)启动子构建含绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)报告基因的真核表达载体,经脂质体介导在培养的中国仓鼠卵巢(CHO)细胞中进行诱导性表达。结果:构建的GFP基因表达载体能在CHO细胞中进行表达,用硫酸锌诱导可提高GFP的表达量。

Abstract: Eukaryotic expression vector of GFP report gene under the control of sheep MT promoter was constructed. Result showed that the GFP gene in the vector could express itself inducibly in cultured CHO cells. The expression level of GFPcould be increased by the inducement of ZnSO4.
