儿茶提取物对流感病毒感染小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘要: 用流感病毒鼠肺适应株A/FM/1/47(H1N1)感染的小鼠肺炎为模型,研究儿茶提取物对流感病毒感染机体免疫功能的影响,包括对迟发型超敏反应(DTH)及中和抗体产生的影响。结果显示:儿茶提取物可显著增强2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)诱发的小鼠DTH反应,即儿茶素+病毒感染组和儿茶素对照组小鼠的耳肿胀度和脾指数都明显增加,与正常对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);提示:儿茶提取物具有增强小鼠T细胞免疫功能的作用。儿茶提取物实验组的中和抗体平均效价为1:203,与病毒感染对照组(平均效价为1:104.2)相比具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);说明儿茶提取物可增强流感病毒感染小鼠中和抗体的水平,提示其对小鼠体液免疫功能亦有增强作用。研究表明:儿茶提取物具有增强病毒感染机体的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的作用。

Abstract: The objective was to investigate the immunomodulatory effect of catechu extract with the infectious animal model, which were measured by delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) and the neutralizing antibody level. The animal model of virus infection of respiratory tract was established by primed influenza virus strain A/FM/1/47(H1N1). The results showed the catechu extract could markedly intensify DTH caused by DNFB. It could also increase ear swelling and spleen index in the group of catechu extract and virus infection and the group only treated by catechu extract, compared with the control group (P<0.05). The average titer of neutralizing antibody of the group treated by catechu extract was 1:203. It had significantly increased compared with the control group without catechu extract (1:104.2)(P<0.01). The finding suggests that the catechu extract could markedly intensify the cell immunological function and the humoral immunological function in mice infected by influenza virus.
