槲皮素对缺血再灌注大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用

Protecting Effects of Quercetin on Myocardium Ischemia Repurfusion Injury in Rats

摘要: 采用大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型,观察槲皮素对缺血再灌注心肌损伤的保护作用.实验大鼠分为假手术组、缺血再灌注组、槲皮素组和维拉帕米组.观察槲皮素对各组大鼠血清肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)以及ATP酶的影响,并通过光镜及电镜观察病理学改变.结果表明:槲皮素可显著降低CPK活性,升高GSH-Px和ATP酶活性.提示:槲皮素对缺血再灌注心肌具有保护作用,病理结果进一步证实了这一点.推测其机制可能与抗脂质过氧化反应及增强心肌的能量代谢、减轻钙超载有关.

Abstract: Protective effects of quercetin on myocardium ischemia repurfusion injury were studied in rats.Wistar rats were divided into 6 groups: pseudo operation; ischemia reperfusion operation; ischemia reperfusion with quercetin 0.2 mg/kg, 1.0 mg/kg and 5.0 mg/kg; ischemia reperfusion with verapamil 1 mg/kg.The results showed that quercetin possesses protective effects on myocardium ischemia reperfusion injury in rats and its mechanism may be related to inhibition of lipid peroxidation of quercetin.
