宫内节育器引起子宫异常出血与血管生成相关性的研究

The Correlation between Uterine Bleeding Induced by Intrauterine Device and Angiogenesis

摘要:

为了探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及其受体(KDR)在宫内节育器(IUD)致子宫异常出血中的作用,对放置IUD后异常出血的子宫内膜(IUD出血组)和正常子宫内膜(正常对照组)进行免疫组织化学染色,应用图像分析法检测内膜组织中VEGF、KDR的含量,并以抗第8因子相关抗原(F8-AR)抗体标记间质微血管,进行微血管计数.实验结果为:①IUD出血组VEGF和KDR的表达明显强于正常对照组(P<0.001).②IUD出血组微血管密度(MVD)明显高于正常对照组(P<0.001).提示:IUD所致的子宫异常出血可能与VEGF和KDR分泌增多所导致的MVD增高有关.

Abstract:

The aim was to investigate the effects of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and kinase insert domaincontaining receptor(KDR) in uterine bleeding induced by intrauterine device(IUD). Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of VEGF and KDR in endometrium from IUD bleeding group and normal control group. Microvessel density (MVD) was evaluated by using anti factor Ⅷ-related antigen (F8-RA) antibody to mark stromal microvessels. The expressions of VEGF and KDR were significantly higher in endometrium of IUD bleeding group than those of control group (P<0.001). MVD was significantly higher in IUD bleeding endometrium than that in normal endometrium (P<0.001). The increase of VEGF and KDR contents result in the increase of MVD, which may be related to abnormal bleeding in IUD users.
