摘要： 目的比较玻璃离子和氟化钠修复预防根面龋的效果.方法选择98例60岁以上患者的214颗根面龋患牙,分别采用玻璃离子充填治疗或750 mg/L氟化钠甘油糊剂涂布龋损区法处理,治疗后6个月及12个月复查,比较2种治疗方法的效果.结果玻璃离子充填法与750 mg/L氟化钠甘油糊剂涂布法的成功率分别是77.88%和75.82%,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 2种方法均为治疗根面龋的有效方法.对于不易形成洞形的根面龋或老年患者不愿意接受备洞时,可用涂布法替代充填治疗.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effects of glass ionomer and fluoride varnishes in the treatment of root surface caries in senile patients.Methods A total of 214 teeth with root surface caries in 98 patients were randomized into two groups, with 114 teeth in group A and 100 teeth in group B. Group A was treated with glass ionomer and group B with fluoride varnishes. Six months and one year after treatment, the results of the two different methods were evaluated and compared.Results The success rates of the two methods were 77.88% and 75.82% respectively, there were no significantly different between glass ionomer and fluoride varnishes(P>0.05).Conclusion Both glass ionomer and fluoride varnishes were effective for the treatment of root surface caries in senile patients. Fluoride varnishes is especially indicative for the senile patients who are not tolerant toward drilling and filling.
