摘要: 利用细胞外基质蛋白对血管组织工程材料进行表面修饰,对于改变组织工程血管材料的表面性能,提高其生物相容性有着非常重要的意义。本文分别综述细胞外基质的三大类成分(胶原、氨基聚糖和蛋白聚糖、糖蛋白)对于血管组织工程材料的表面修饰作用,并对其作用机制及表面修饰中相关的热点应用问题进行了分析。综合文献资料认为尽可能的模拟天然血管,利用细胞外基质对组织工程血管进行表面修饰是一种好的方法;而其中糖蛋白由于特殊细胞黏附蛋白受体结合位点的存在,促使其有更好的应用前景。

Abstract: The surface modification on the vascular tissue engineering biomaterials with extracelluar matrix is useful to improve the surface performance and biocompatibility.In this review,the effectiveness of the surface modification with three groups of extracelluar matrix(collagen,glycosaminoglycan and proteoglycan,glycoprotein),and their mechanism of action were analyzed and the relative hot spots in application were elaborated as well.It is good that surface modification imitates the natural vessel with the extracelluar matrix.Because of the existence of special cell adhesion protein receptor binding site,the glycoprotein has a preferable prospect.
