摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的通过对老年股骨转子间骨折DHS内固定术临床路径(clinical pathway,CP)实施情况的分析,评价临床路径应用于临床的实际效果.方法收集2002年10月至2006年10月老年股骨转子间骨折DHS内固定术患者的信息,以平均住院天数和住院费用等作为评价指标,将实验组(应用CP的患者)和对照组(未应用CP的患者)进行对比分析.结果是否实施CP这一医疗质量管理方法的患者之间在住院时间、住院费用方面差异有统计学意义.结论 CP应用于老年股骨转子间骨折DHS内固定术,可以明显缩短平均住院时间,降低诊疗费用.

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of clinical pathway(CP) in intertrochanteric hip fractures in the elderly population undergoing DHS for internal fixation.Methods After consulting the information of the hospitalized patients with intertrochanteric hip fractures after internal fixation with dynamic hip screw(DHS) from October 2002 to October 2006,we analyzed the implementation effect of CP using the average duration of hospitalization and the hospital expenditure for the patients as the evaluating indexes.Results There was significant difference in terms of the average duration of hospitalization and expenditure between the CP groups and the traditionally treating groups.Conclusion The method of clinical pathway can markedly decrease the duration of hospital stay and the expenditure for intertrochanteric hip fractures undergoing DHS for internal fixation.
