Beyond冷光美白系统治疗变色牙的临床疗效观察

摘要:

目的 观察Beyond冷光美白系统不同照射时间对变色牙的漂白疗效及其不良反应。
方法 对54名患者给予不同时间的漂白治疗,记录术后牙色改变情况及牙髓、牙龈受刺激情况。
结果 3组牙齿脱色比色的差异及药物对牙龈的刺激及牙髓反应程度,均为3组(光照12 min)>2组(光照10 min)>1组(光照8 min),(其中12 min与8 min相比,P<0.05)。
结论 随着光照时间的增加,牙齿美白效果增强,但对牙髓的刺激及牙髓反应程度加大,提示临床操作的光照时间每次12 min以内为宜。

Abstract:

Objective To observe the bleaching effect and side effects of BEYOND Tooth Whitening System in different light time.
Methods Postoperative tooth color change and pulp gum stimulated situation of 54 patients who were given different light time of bleaching treatment were recorded.
Results The differences in color of the 3 experimental groups were statistically significant(P<0.05), in gum and pulp reaction to the drug stimulation was statistically significant(P<0.05), all these differences were in group 3(12 minutes)> in group 2(10 minutes) and >group 1(8 minutes), P<0.05 between 12 minutes and 8 minutes.
Conclusion Increased light exposure time was associated with increased whitening effect, but also associated with the increased stimulation of dental pulp and increased degree of pulp reaction, therefore it is suggested that clinical operation with light exposure should be less than 12 minute each time.
