摘要: 以约氏疟原虫-斯氏按蚊系统为模型,对感染疟原虫后6个不同时期蚊媒的LDH,MDH和a-GPDH 3种同工酶及其活力进行了动态观察并对有关的代谢问题进行了初步探讨。

Abstract: The system of Anopheles stephensi and Plasmodium yoelii yoelii was used as animal model. The three kinds of isozymes (LDH; MDH;α-GPDH) of adult female mosquitoes at the different time after taking noninfected and malaria-infected blood meals Were investigated and the questions concerning metablism were discussed preliminarily.
