32P标记的人乳头瘤病毒DNA检测宫颈病变组织DNA中病毒序列

Detection of Viral Sequences in DNA Extracted from Pathological Tissues of Carcinoma Cervix by Using 32P-Labelled Human Papillomavirus DNA Probes

摘要: 使用Southern blot杂交方法对33例宫颈病变标本进行了检测,发现在26例宫颈癌中,6例存在HPV16DNA同源序列,占23%。HPV18同源序列占7.6%(2/26)。HPVX1同源序列为11.5%(3/26)。HPV16相关序列为27%(7/26)。而在4例慢性宫颈炎中仅有1例含HPV16相关序列,1例尖锐湿疣中含HPV16相关序列。

Abstract: Southern blot analysis of human papillomavirus genome was carried out on 33 cases of human cervical specimens histologically diagnosed as cervical cacinoma (26 cases), condyloma acuminatum (1 case), vulvar carcinoma (1 case) and chronic inflammation (4 cases). 69% of cervical carcinoma were found to be positive for HPV DNA. Among them 23% (6/26) were positive for HPV 16,7.6% (2/26) were positive for HPV 18 and 11.5% (3/26) were positive for HPV X1.
