脊髓手术中诱发电位监测的应用与探讨

摘要: 联合应用运动诱发电位(MEP)和体感诱发电位(SEP)技术连续监测的方法对13例脊髓手术病人进行监测。结果表明,联合应用MEP和SEP监测,能正确反映手术中脊髓的感觉和运动功能变化;MEP的稳定性高于SEP;SEP的敏感性较高;术中SEP逐渐好转提示预后良好。

Abstract: A method of com bined motor and somatosensory evoked potentials was used to continuously monitor in spinal cord surgery and 13 patients were obtained.The result showed that com bined MEP and SEP monitoring could truely indicate the integrity of spinal cord functions, MEPs were more valid than SEPs, but SEPs were more sensitive, the changes of EPs were related to the pathology and anatomy of spinal cord diseases, the gradual improvement of SEPs presaged good prognosis.
