冷束缚应激大鼠十二指肠电-机械活动变化

Changes of Electro-mechanical Activity in Duodenum of Cold Restraint Stress Rats

摘要: 用双银球电极应变片记录了冷束缚应激大鼠十二指肠的电机械活动,发现冷束缚应激大鼠十二指肠慢波平均频率降低,平均振幅降低(P<0.001);十二指肠运动频率降低,振幅增加(P<0.001);十二指肠慢波及运动的频率和振幅变异系数都增加;移行性复合运动(MMC)周期缩短.结合本室冷束缚应激大鼠肠道P物质(SP)和血管活性物质(VIP)含量的变化及其他研究结果,提示:冷束缚应激大鼠十二指肠电机械活动变化与十二指肠SP、VIP等含量改变可能具有机制上的密切联系.

Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate mechanisms of duodenal motility disorders presented in cold restraint stress rats by using electrode and highly sensitive sensor to record alterations of duodenum electromechanical activity. The study suggested that the average frequency and amplitude of duodenal slow wave was lower than the control group(P<0.001); Duodenal motion frequency of cold restraint stress rats was lower than that of the control groups(P<0.001), while motion amplitude was higher than that of the control groups. The time of MMC was obviously less than the control group. The results showed that changes of electro mechanical activity in duodenum of cold restraint stress rat and gastrointestinal peptides may be related to the gastrointestinal motility disorders presented in cold restraint stress rats.
