链球菌组蛋白样蛋白对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生IL-6的影响

Streptococcal Histone-Like Protein Induces Murine Peritoneal MΦ to Produce IL-6

摘要: 为研究链球菌组蛋白样蛋白(HlpA)对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(MΦ)体外产生白细胞介素6(IL-6)的影响,将不同质量浓度的HlpA和(或)LTA放入培养的细胞中,作用不同时间后收集上清液,用IL-6依赖株7TD1细胞测定样品IL-6活性。结果显示,链球菌HlpA(0~100mg/L)在体外以剂量和时间依赖方式促进MΦ产生IL-6.LTA和HlpA的混合物对IL-6的产生呈协同增强作用;肝素则起抑制作用。

Abstract: To evaluate the effect of Streptococcus HlpA on interlukin-6(IL-6)production by murine peritoneal MΦ, HlpA and/or LTA were added to the cultured MΦ and maintained for different time periods. IL-6 activity was measured by means of 7TD1 cells. The results showed that the IL-6 production from MΦ induced by HlpA of Streptococcus was time and concentration dependent in vitro. There was a synergisticly increased response on the production of IL-6 induced by the mixture of HlpA and LTA, as compared to HlpA alone. On the contrary, the addition of heparin could deduce the IL-6 production.
