摘要: 目的 本文对糖氨基酸化合物的反应进行了研究。方法 葡萄糖醛酸在四氢呋喃中与RGDV寡肽反应。结果 反应得到糖肽化合物。结论 与寡肽反应生成含糖基的四肽产物。

Abstract: Objective The synthesis of glycopeptide was investigated. Methods The reaction of glucuronic acid with peptide was performed in tetrahydrofuran. Results Glucuronic acid reacted with peptide to form glycopeptide. Conclusion Thus we have explored the reaction of glucuronic acid with peptide. Tetra-peptide was obtained containing glycosylation.
