蜂胶水溶液处理污染种植体的体外实验研究

Effect of propolis's solution on contaminated titanium surfaces:an in vitro study

摘要: 目的 探讨蜂胶水溶液对牙周主要致病菌的杀灭作用及对污染种植体表面消毒清洁作用。方法 使用液体稀释法测定不同浓度的蜂胶水溶液,分别处理处于对数生长期的牙龈卟啉单胞菌及成熟菌斑膜。采用菌落计数法和计算平均杀菌率来检测杀菌效果。将形成牙龈卟啉单胞菌菌膜的钛片置于各处理组中,采用扫描电镜观察各组试件表面黏附细菌的形貌变化。结果 肉眼可见随着蜂胶水溶液浓度的升高,其菌落数量逐渐降低。菌落计数结果表明,不同浓度蜂胶水溶液处理的牙龈卟啉单胞菌菌落数差异有统计学意义。各个浓度的蜂胶水溶液平均杀菌率差异有统计学意义。1.875 g/L的蜂胶水溶液平均杀菌率接近50%,3.75 g/L的平均杀菌率达到了60%以上,7.5 g/L的平均杀菌率达到了90%以上。扫描电镜观察显示,蜂胶水溶液处理前后的牙龈卟啉单胞菌部分菌体细胞完整性受到了破坏。结论 蜂胶水溶液对牙龈卟啉单胞菌具有良好的杀菌作用,可以作为治疗种植体周围炎的一种辅助方法。

Abstract: Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of propolis's solution in killing periodontal main pathogenic bacteria,and identify the mechanisms of sterilization and decontamination of surfaces of contaminated titanium surfaces.Methods Decontamination effect of propolis on Porphyromonas gingivalis was determined by the fluid dilution method,and subsequently inoculated with the bacteria of Porphyromonas gingivalis. The bacteria in specimens were counted by colony-forming units and sterilization rate. The titanium disc were incubated in Porphyromonas gingivalis suspension.The bacterial morphology of each group were characterized by scanning electron microscopy.Results With the extension of the propolis solution concentration,reduce the number of its colonies were found. Colony count at different concentrations there were significant differences. In the comparison of 7.5 g/L,3.75 g/L,1.875 g/L after the survival of the colony count and the initial colony number have significant difference. For the different propolis solution concentrations, on average, sterilization rate had significant difference.Sterilization rate of nearly 50% on 1.875 g/L propolis's solution, 3.75 g/L of sterilization rate reached more than 60% on average, an average of 7.5 g/L sterilization rate reached more than 90%.To sum up, the colony count and average sterilization rate were associated with propolis solution concentrations. The integrity of Porphyromonas gingivalis bacterium was damaged after inoculating with propolis solution.Conclusion The findings of the study suggested that propolis's solution has good inhibitory effect on Porphyromonas gingivalis and would be a useful approach for the treatment of peri-implantitis.
