视觉诱发电位监测在围术期应用的研究进展

摘要: 视觉诱发电位(visual evoked potentials,VEP)在围术期中的应用日益广泛,在视觉通路肿瘤相关手术、视神经炎的早期诊断等方面都起着重要的作用。但是全身麻醉下VEP监测的影响因素较多,其中麻醉方法和药物是主要的影响因素。本文对VEP研究的最新进展进行综述,探讨围术期如何提高VEP监测成功率以促进围术期视觉功能的保护。

关键词: 视觉诱发电位, 图形翻转视觉诱发电位, 闪光视觉诱发电位

Abstract: With the improvement of people's attention to postoperative visual function, visual evoked potentials (VEP) are applied extensively in perioperative period.It plays an important role in visual pathway tumor related surgery and early diagnosis of optic neuritis and so on. However, there are many influencing factors for VEP monitoring, among which the anesthesia methods and  use of narcotic drugs are common influencing factors. This review analyzed the recent progresses of related VEP research, and discussed improvement of the success rate of VEP monitoring in perioperative period, so as to promote the protection of visual function in perioperative period.
