Progress in diagnosis and treatment of critical COVID-19

Abstract: COVID-2019 has been widely spread around the world and has become the most severe current global public health event. The treatment of critical COVID-19 is the key to reduce the fatality rate and is also a severe clinical challenge for us. We discussed the etiology, epidemiological characteristics, pathological changes, pathogenesis, clinical characteristics and clinical treatment program of COVID-19, to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of critical COVID-19.
