摘要: 热量限制(caloric restriction,CR)是一种在保证机体营养充足的条件下将摄入热量减少30%~50%的进食方式。CR对延缓机体衰老、延缓或预防某些年龄相关性疾病的发生与发展的有利作用日益得到人们关注。其中CR对神经系统的保护作用一直是研究热点,具体机制可能涉及诸多方面,如抗氧化、提高代谢率、提高沉默调节蛋白及多种神经营养因子表达、对抗炎性反应等。

Abstract: Caloric restriction(CR) is a kind of dietary mode that decreases calories intake by 30%~50% under the premise of nutritional adequacy. It has aroused increasing attention that CR can extend lifespan of organism, delay or prevent the occurrence and development of several ageing-related diseases. There are several mechanisms proposed to explain the neuroprotective effects of caloric restriction: antioxidant effects, increased metabolic efficiency, increased sirtuin and neurotrophic factor activity, and anti-inflammatory effects.
