吡咯烷类二肽基肽酶-Ⅳ抑制剂的最新研究进展

摘要: 2型糖尿病是最常见的慢性病之一。含有吡咯烷类二肽基肽酶-Ⅳ抑制剂的药物对治疗2型糖尿病有一定的效果,所以近年对吡咯烷类二肽基肽酶-Ⅳ的抑制剂的研究备受关注。本文针对吡咯烷类二肽基肽酶-Ⅳ抑制剂的作用机制、结构特点、构效关系、开发现状及研究进展等进行综述,为通过基于结构的药物设计来获得新型的吡咯烷类二肽基肽酶(dipeptidyl peptidase-Ⅳ,DPP-4)抑制剂提供依据。

Abstract: Type Ⅱ diabetes is one of the most common chronic diseases. The drugs which have pyrrolidine derivatives as dipeptidyl peptidase-Ⅳ have some effect in the treatment of type Ⅱ diabetes. Therefore intense interest has risen towards pyrrolidine derivatives as dipeptidyl peptidase-Ⅳ inhibitors recently. In this review, we summarized the mechanism, characteristic structure, structure-activity relationship and progress of pyrrolidine derivatives as dipeptidyl peptidase-Ⅳ, to provide a basis for structure-based drug design to the dipeptidyl peptidase-Ⅳ.
