摘要/Abstract

摘要： 黄腐酸钠具有抗炎、止血、抗肿瘤作用,并已用于临床。我们进行了黄腐酸钠的刺激试验(家兔)、致敏试验(豚鼠)、急性毒性试验(小鼠)及亚急性毒性试验(家兔),以研究其毒副作用,探索注射给药的安全用药范围。结果表明:黄腐酸钠无致敏作用。肌注浓度在1%以下时对组织无刺激作用。急性毒性很小,腹腔注射的 LD₅₀±L⁹⁵(LD₁₀)=1728±110.57mg/kg(1417mg/kg);小剂量(8mg/kg——相当于临床肌注用量的10倍),低浓度(<0.8%)连续肌注较长期(8周)给药时,未发现对动物的毒性反应,而剂量过大(>40mg/kg—临床剂量的50倍)时,则对肝脏产生毒性反应。这说明注射给药时,如以8mg/kg 以下较长期连续注射给药较为安全。

Abstract: Sodium Fulvate had anti-inflammatory,hemostatic and anti-cancereffects and was used clinically,The toxicity and side effect of SodiumFulvate were studied in the present paper.Through stimulation test on rabbit,hypersensitivity test onguinea-pig,acute toxicity test on mouse and subacute toxicity test onrabbit,Sodium Fulvate showed neither stimulation nor hypersensitiveeffect.and the acute toxicity of Sodium Fulvate was low,the ip LD50was 1728±110.57mg/kg.when Sodium Fulvate with low concentration (<0.8%)and lowdosage (approximately 10 times of therapeutic dose)was administeredinto the rabbit,no toxicity and side effect were observed.
