辐照冻鸭毒理学安全性评价研究—90天喂养试验及染色体畸变分析

A Study of Toxicology of the Irradiated Frozen Duck on the Evaluation of Its Safety

摘要: 北京填鸭含脂肪量约占体重的40%,而辐照分解产物的含量与脂肪含量的多少有关。为了确保食用安全,我们用经60钴γ-射线2500戈瑞辐照的冻鸭肉和油,以刚离乳的Wistar大鼠进行了90天喂养试验和大、小鼠的染色体畸变分析。结果表明喂饲辐照冻鸭肉和油的大鼠外表和行为与对照组没有任何区别,在生长发育,食物利用系数,血液的常规指标和生化指标,以及脏体比、脏器的病理检查等与对照组比较均无统计学上的显著性差异。大鼠骨髓染色体及小鼠睾丸染色体畸变分析,在实验组与对照组之间亦无统计学上的显著性差异。本研究表明该辐照冻鸭对实验动物无不良影响。

Abstract: The Beijing duck contains much fat which makes up 40% of the body weight and the content of cleavage products produced by irradiation is related to the amount of fat.In order to insure the safety of food,the 90-day feeding test was performed on weanling Wistar rats by feeding meat and fat of the frozen duck irradiated with 60Coγ-ray of 2500 Gray,and chromosome aberration of mice and rats were analyzed. The results showed that there was no significant difference in appearance and behavior between the rats fed meat and fat of irrad- iated frozen duck and the controls;there was also no statistically significant difference in the rate of growth and development,coefficient of diet utilization,blood routine test and biochemistry,viscera w./body w.ratio and pathological examination of viscera compared with the controls;and also no statistically significant difference in the analysis of chromosome aberration of the rat bone marrow and the mice testes between the experimental group and the control group.Our study indicates that no ill-effects of the irradiated frozen duck can be found on the experimental animals.
