家兔锥体束在脊髓内投射的研究

The Investigation of the Pyramidal Tract in the Spinal Cord of the Rabbit

摘要: 对15只家兔单侧损毁大脑皮质额顶叶广泛区域,动物存活1~10天不等,心脏灌流处死动物,取延髓和脊髓颈段,固定1周后作各段30μm厚的冰冻连续横切片。切片分为3组,分别用铜银法、Fink-HeimerⅡ法和Fink-Hei-merⅡ后漂白复染法顺行追踪锥体束在脊髓的投射。在光镜下观察,用绘图仪描记出溃变纤维和溃变终末。实验结果表明,密集的溃变纤维显现在皮质损毁同侧的锥体内。在延髓和脊髓的交界处,溃变纤维向背内侧越边交叉行至脊髓灰质后角内。在脊髓节段,溃变纤维仅见于C1~C5,并以众多分散小束显现于对侧灰质后角内。位于C1节段的溃变纤维密集,主要分布在灰质Ⅲ~Ⅴ层。在C2~C5节段,溃变纤维逐渐减少,其分布由Ⅲ~Ⅴ层逐渐限定在Ⅴ层的外侧部。溃变终末以C1、C2节段为明显,主要分布于灰质Ⅲ~Ⅴ层。对结果的讨论提示,哺乳动物锥体束的行程反映了中枢神经系某种进化关系。为探讨锥体束的生理功能提供了进一步的形态学基础资料。

Abstract: Anterograde degeneration of the pyramidal tract has been studied with the cupric silver method, the Fink-Heimer method procedure Ⅱ and bleaching of Fink-Hcimer method in 15 rabbits after lesions of frontal and parietal cortex. Degenerated fibers and terminals were observed under microscope and recorded by camera lucida. Experimental results showed that heavy degenerated fibers were found in the ipsilateral pyramid. Degenerated fibers crossed to the opposite side in the pyramidal decussation and lay within the gray matter of the dorsal horn in segments C1~C5. In segment C1 heavy degenerated fibers mainly distributed in laminae Ⅲ~V of the spinal cord. Degenerated fibers gradually decreased and limited in lateral part of laminae V in segments C2~C5. Degenerated terminals were distinguished definitely in laminae Ⅲ~V throughout segments C1 and C2. The resultssuggested that location of the pyramidal tract may reflect an aspect of evolution in mammals.
