摘要: 用凝胶色谱法对比研究了α-巯基-β-(2-呋喃)丙烯酸(MFA)对镍、锌与人血清清蛋白(HSA)结合的影响。结果发现锌、镍与HSA的结合在MFA存在下显著增强,并表明不能单纯用小分子配体竞争机理解释镍中毒期间MFA促排解毒的本质。

Abstract: Having prepared α-mercapto-β-(2-furan)-acrylic acid in the laboratory, this work makes a study on effect of α-mercapto-β-(2-furan)-acrylic acid on combination of Human Serum Albumin with Zine, Nickel respectively by gel chromatography. The results showed that the combination of Nickel with Human Serum Albumin, likes Zine, is remarkably strengthened under existence of α-mercapto-β-(2-furan)- acrylic acid, which indicates that mechanism of detoxication of Nickel can not be explained oniy by competition among them small ligands.
