氩激光照射对大鼠实验性伤口愈合的影响

A Comparative Study on the Effects of Argon-Ion-Laser Irradiation on Wound Healing in Rats

摘要: 用低功率密度、波长为514.5nm的氩离子激光以17种不同剂量分2批在不同季节对192只雄性大鼠、384个皮肽伤口照射,观察到伤口的平均愈合时间均较未照射激光的伤口缩短;伤口愈合速率则与照射的剂量、照射的天数有关,经氩离子激光照射后的伤口痊愈前若再创伤,新伤口的愈合明显延迟。初步认为低功率密度氩离子激光(514.5nm)照射对大鼠皮肤伤口的愈合有促进作用,照射的剂量与时间的安排适当,则效果更佳。对被照射的伤口应特别注意保护,不得受创伤。

Abstract: The study has been carried out using low power density, 514.5nm argon-ion-laser in 17 different doses to irradiate 192 rats which were divided into two groups with 384 skin wounds in different seasons. Observations showed that the average healing time and healing speed have something to do with doses and days of the laser irradiation. And it was also observed that if the wounds were hurt once again before its healing, the new wounds would have a retarding effect. The initial resuit indicated that the low power density argon-ion-laser (514.5nm) could have a promotive effect on healing skin wounds.
