分枝杆菌多糖致畸胎作用研究

A Study on the Teratogenic Effect of Mycobacterial Polysaccharides

摘要: 对分枝杆菌多糖(MPS)进行了传统致畸试验。MPS 345.0、172.5、87.0μg/kg 体重3个实验组孕鼠的体重增长、平均活胎数、吸收胎数和死胎数等生育情况,与阴性对照组相比均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。胎鼠的身长、体重和尾长与阴性对照组基本一致,也未发现有外观畸形、内脏畸形和明显骨骼畸形。表明 MPS 在实验剂量范围内对大鼠无致畸胎作用,因此我们认为在妊娠期间应用 MPS 是安全的。

Abstract: We carried out the teratogeuic test with mycobacterial polysaccharides (MPS).The in-crease of body weight of pregnant mice and the number of living,absorbed and died embryos in all the three groups administered with different doses(345.0 μg/kg,172.5 μg/kg and 87.0 μg/kg) showed no obvious difference from those of negative control group(P>0.05). The body length,body weight and tail length in the three dose groups are relatively similar as those of negative control group.No deformity of external appeacance,internal organs and bones was found.The results show that in the doses used is our experiment MPS has no ter-atogenie effect.Thus,we think that it is safe to use MPS during gestation.
