人脑肿瘤c-erb B基因扩增的研究

The Study of c-erb B Oncogene Amplification in Human Brain Tumour

摘要: 以erbB基因(0.5kb)为探针,用斑点吸印转移和杂交的方法对21例中枢神经系统肿瘤进行了erbB基因扩增的研究。结果显示7例脑膜瘤标本均存在erbB基因的扩增,扩增倍数为16~64倍;14例脑胶质瘤(Ⅲ或Ⅳ级)中10例出现了erbB基因的扩增,扩增倍数为16~32倍。该结果提示erbB基因的扩增可能在人肿瘤的形成中起重要作用,且其扩增程度可能与肿瘤的恶性度和临床预后有关。

Abstract: Oneogenes appear to be involved in tumorigenesis of human brain tumours via qualita-tive and quantitative alterations.Twenty eases of the human brain turnouts were studied by DNA amplification with the dot blot method.c-erb B(0.5 kb)oncogene was used as probe. The result showed that the c-erb B amplification was found in seven menigioma and ten cases of glioma Ⅲ or glioblastoma multiform.It is suggested that c-erb B oneogene plays an important role in the development of human brain tumour.
