摘要:

用PCR技术检测了21例多发性骨髓瘤(MM)病人外周血或骨髓涂片免疫球蛋白重链基因重排,发现17例阳性,4例阴性,其中2例为轻链型。外周血免疫球蛋白重链(IgH)基因重排的检出率与骨髓涂片的结果基本一致,表明IgH基因重排为诊断MM的最敏感方法之一,可弥补形态学、血清学诊断之不足。

Abstract:

In this study, immunoglobulin heavy chain (IgH) gene rearrangement in peripheral blood or bone marrow smear of multiple myeloma (MM) patients by PCR techniques was analyzed.Out of 21 patients, 17 were found to be positive and 4 negative, two of which were light chain type.This positive rate of peripheral blood IgH gene rearrangement was the same as that of bone marrow.These results suggest that the detection of IgH gene rearrangement is one of the most sensitive method for the diagnosis of MM,which can counteract the weaknesses of morphology and serology.
