人Hrs cDNA的克隆与序列分析

摘要: 以小鼠HrscDNA为探针从人胎盘cDNA文库中克隆出人HrscDNA,其全长为2910bp,所编码的蛋白质含777个氨基酸。人HrscDNA与小鼠HrscDNA间高度保守。推定的氨基酸序列含有锌指样结构域、脯氨酸丰富区及脯氨酸、谷氨酰胺丰富区。

Abstract: The human Hrs cDNAwas cloned from human placenta library. It was 2910 bp in length encoding a protein of 777 amino acids with a calculated molecular weight of 85550.Comparison of human Hrs cDNAand deduced amino acid sequence with their mouse couterpart, it shared homo logy of 85% in nucleotid sequence and 92.5% in amino acids sequence, respectively. The human Hrs also contained a zinc finger like domain, a proline rich region and a proline and glutamine rice region.
