小鼠自体与胚胎异体卵巢移植的比较研究

A Comparative Study on Ovary Autotransplantation and Fetal Ovary Allotransplantation

摘要: 对雌性小鼠进行自体及胚胎异体卵巢移植,于移植前、后检查动情周期,并于移植后进行组织学观察和血清孕酮放射免疫测定,探讨移植卵巢的生长发育以及胚胎卵巢移植的最佳时机。结果显示:双侧自体移植14d以后,移植卵巢的结构与正常卵巢组织没有明显的区别;血清孕酮水平接近正常,动情周期恢复。胚胎17~19d的卵巢移植7~14d,卵巢中也可见到原始卵泡和窦前卵泡。结果提示:妊娠17d以后的胚胎卵巢具有较低的免疫原性,移植后有可能发育成熟,但其生长比成体组织慢。

Abstract: Ovary autotransplantation and fetal ovary allotransplantation were performed in female mice. Estrus cycle was observed before and after transplantation. Histological study and radioimmunoassay were used to study the graft growth, and the proper time for fetal transplantation. 14 d after ovary autotransplantation, the ovarian structure showed normal. Serum P level increased. The estrus cycle reoccured. 7 to 14 d after fetal ovary(17th day gestation)allotransplantation, primordial follicles and preantral follicles could be found. This study indicates that fetal ovary(17th day of gestation)can grow and become mature after allotransplantation.
