中药脊髓I号对脊髓损伤大鼠背根神经节一氧化氮合酶表达的影响

摘要: 为研究中药合剂脊髓I号(SCI)促进脊髓修复再生效应的机制,用NADPH-d染色法和图像分析技术观察了脊髓损伤大鼠灌服SCI后,背根节(DRG)细胞一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的表达。结果表明:大鼠脊髓损伤后及时灌服SCI与对照组大鼠比较,脊髓损伤侧首、尾向各2个DRG内NOS的表达明显和持续性上调(神经节细胞NOS表达强阳性率可达40%以上).提示NOS表达程度与脊髓损伤和修复再生的情况相关;而SCI可能通过对NOS基因表达的调节,促进损伤脊髓组织的修复再生。

Abstract: The object was to study the effect of Chinese Herb I(SCI) on NOSexpression in dorsal root ganglia (DRG) in rats with spinal cord hemisection and to explore the mechanism of spinal cord regeneration promoted by SCI. NADPH-d histochemical method and image analyses were used to detect changes of NOS, which was evoked by spinal injury in Wistar rats. The result indicated that evoking NOS was strengthened by the administration of SCI as compared with that of the control group. The up regulation of NOS was heightened continuously in DRG of the injury side and the strong positive findings nearly exceeded 40%. This study shows that the magnitude of NOSis associated with spinal regeneration and repair, and SCI can regulate NOS expression and promote regeneration of the spinal cord.
