摘要: 发现肌注士的宁,可使刺激鲫鱼迷走神经所诱发的Mauthner细胞(M细胞)胞内反应的突触后电位(post synaptic potentials,PSPs)的幅度增高、平均持续时间延长、峰值前移,并且可爆发2个以上的动作电位。提示刺激迷走神经所诱发的M细胞胞内反应中可能包含有抑制性成分,而抑制性与兴奋性成分的相互作用可能起到调节M细胞兴奋性的作用,从而使M细胞的活动与整体的活动协调一致。

Abstract: After intramascular injection of strychnine, both the amplitude and the average duration of the PSPs induced in the M cell by stimulation of the vagus were increased. Two or more action potentials were superimposed on the PSPs. The results suggest that the intracellular depolarization probably comprises inhibitory components and the relation between the excitatory and inhibitory components perhaps modulates the excitability of the M cell, and thereby makes the response of the M cell in accordance with the activity of the whole body of the crucian carp.
